Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Change in arrhythmia-related symptom burden, measured using the Arrhythmia-Specific questionnaire in Tachycardia and Arrhythmia (ASTA) Part II (Symptom Burden Scale). The ASTA symptom scale consists of 9 items, each scored on a 4-point Likert scale (0 3). The total score will be summarized and transformed to a 0 100 scale, where higher scores indicate greater symptom burden. Assessment will be done at baseline and at post-intervention follow-up, and the mean change in the 0 100 transformed score will be used to determine improvement in symptom burden.Timepoint: at baseline and after 6 months

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
The Menopause Rating Scale (MRS) assesses menopausal symptoms using a 5-point Likert scale (0-4) for each of 11 items, categorized into somatic, psychological, and urogenital domains. Scores range from 0 to 44, with 0-4 indicating no/little complaints, 5-8 mild, 9-15 moderate, and 16+ severe. Scores are summed within each domain and then across all domains to get a total MRS score.Timepoint: at base line and after 6 months
