Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A.Age between 20-40 years (irrespective of gender). B. Participants who are able to give written consent for study. C. Non specific low back pain with normal LS Spine radiograph. D. Participants satisfying the diagnostic criteria.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: A. Participants with uncontrolled systemic illness. B. Pregnant and lactating ladies. C. Participants with Rheumatoid arthritis and ankylosing spondylitis. D. Participants with abnormal Urine and Blood RE E. Known case of gynaecological disorders and low back pain during menstruation F. Participants not fit for swedana procedure
