Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pregnant women diagnosed with GH irrespective of Parity Age 20 to 39 years Gestational age: 24 to 32 weeks at the time of intervention

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Participants who consume Goghrut in their daily diet 2 Participants who are habitually taking ushna diet 3 Chronic hypertension 4 Diabetes mellitus or other systemic illness 5 Severe anemia 6 Thyroid 7 nonconsenting individuals 8 Eclampsia
