Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus for a minimum duration of five years and Eligible participants must have a Vibration Perception Threshold value greater than 16 V and an HbA1c level of greater than or equal to 7 percentage and Participants should be able to perceive temperature differences and must be capable of understanding and completing the informed consent process and patients who are currently under medication for the management of diabetes mellitus will be included

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with foot ulcers or open wounds or active infections and patients with a history of neurological disorders such as stroke or multiple sclerosis or paralysis and patients with cardiovascular conditions such as unstable angina or recent myocardial infarction and patients with hypersensitivity to hot or cold temperatures and patients with a history of peripheral vascular disease or deep vein thrombosis and pregnant or breastfeeding women and patients participating in any other clinical trials during the course of the intervention will be excluded from the study
