Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus patients with class I Generalized Obesity 2 Both sex with age group of 40 to 60 years 3 From all socioeconomic backgrounds

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patients with uncontrolled Diabetes who are on Insulin 2 Pregnant and lactating women 3 Patients on medications such as steroids antipsychotics antidepressants leading to Obesity 4 Substance abuse and Immunocompromised individuals

IMPROVED The Body Mass Index Score reduced less than 25 Kg/m2 is considered as improvement at the end of the treatment NOT IMPROVED The Body Mass Index Score remains greater than 25 Kg/m2 is considered as not improved Timepoint: Baseline (Day 0) & Last Follow-Up (Day 180)
