Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA grade 1 and 2 undergoing elective LSCS under spinal Anaesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient refusal Infection at lumbar puncture site Coagulopathies Parturients with placenta previa, preeclampsia, CVS abnormality, CNS abnormalities or Gestational Diabetes Gestational age less than 36 weeks or more than 41 weeks Allergic reactions to Local Anaesthetics
