Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Individuals diagnosed with grade II knee osteoarthritis based on clinical and radiographic criteria. Adults aged forty-five to sixty five years with knee pain for more than three months. Ability to participate in the exercise program. Willingness to provide informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: History of recent knee surgery or trauma. Grade III or IV osteoarthritis. Rheumatoid arthritis or other inflammatory joint disorders. Neurological conditions affecting balance. Contraindications to TECAR therapy such as pacemaker, metal implants near the knee, infection or skin lesions. Severe deformity, uncontrolled systemic disease or inability to follow instructions.
