Inclusion criteria: Patients Irrespective Of Gender Occupation Will Be Selected For The Study Patients Having Clinical Features Of DushtaVrana That is Pain Foul Smell Pus Discharge Burning Sensation Edema Will Be Selected For Study DushtaVrana With History Of 1 Year Diabetic Foot Ulcer Venous Ulcer And Other Non Healing Ulcers Willing To Follow Treatment Protocol Including Dressings Debridement Or Offloading Ulcer AGE 19 Years TO 70 Years Size Upto 5 Cm2
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Known Case Of HIV HBSAG Osteomyelitis Tuberculosis Malignancy Autoimmune Or Inflammatory Conditions Rheumatoid Arthritis Lupus Vasculitis Or Severe Immune Disorders Affecting Wound Healing Pregnant Or Lactating Mother Ulcer Size More than 5cm2 Will Be Excluded
