Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Individuals diagnosed Type 2 Diabetes mellitus with conventional clinical parameters Individuals with 35 to 65 years of either gender Patients with a minimum of 6 months since diagnosis Individuals who are willing to participate in the study and have provided written informed consent Participant who can read and comprehend the questions in the assessment tool or respond with the help of n interviewer
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Individuals with Type 1 Diabetes Mellitus, Gestational Diabetes, or Secondary Diabetes due to Pancreatitis, medications etc. Patients with advanced complications of Diabetes Individuals suffering from Malignancies, severe hepatic or renal disease, auto immune disorders or psychiatric illness that may interfere with assessment Pregnant or lactating mother Individuals unable or unwilling to provide informed consent Those with cognitive impairment or communication difficulties that prevent reliable questionnaire completion
