Intervention1: vaginal vault infiltration: After Surgery before Extubation vaginal vault infiltration with 25ml of 0.5% bupivacaine will be done. Control Intervention1: Transversalis fascia plane bloc

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Women aged 35 65 years. 2.Undergoing elective total laparoscopic hysterectomy for benign conditions. 3. ASA physical status I or II. 4. Provided written informed consent.. 5.Able to understand and report pain using the Visual Analog Scale (VAS).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Allergy to local anesthetics (e.g., Bupivacaine). 2. Bleeding disorders or on anticoagulant therapy. 3. History of neurological or chronic pain disorders -Infection at injection site. -Severe comorbidities (e.g., cardiac, renal, liver disease). -Conversion to open surgery

-visual analogue scale (VAS)for pain -Haemodynamic changes (MAP SBP DBP HR) Timepoint: Data will be recorded at the end of surgery immediately after block 30 mins, 45mins, 1hr, 2hr, 4hr, 8hr,then after 12hr, and 24hr after surgery
