Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Women aged 45 years and above with confirmed menopause (defined as no menstruation for at least 12 months consecutive). Clinical diagnosis of stress urinary incontinence based on history and confirmed by the QUID questionnaire. Patients of all religions and socio-economic conditions Ability to attend regular follow-ups for the 6-month study duration. Willingness to participate and provide informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Women with mixed or urge urinary incontinence as the predominant symptom. Presence of urinary tract infection or other active genitourinary infections. History of pelvic surgery, hysterectomy or pelvic radiation in the past 6 months. Known neurological disorders affecting bladder function (e.g., multiple sclerosis, spinal cord injury). Known diabetics currently on anti-diabetic medication. Individuals diagnosed with psychiatric disorders currently receiving antipsychotic treatment. Use of any other treatment for urinary incontinence (pharmacological, surgical, or al-ternative) during the study period. Severe uncontrolled systemic illness or malignancy
