Inclusion criteria: Freestyle wrestlers Participated at minimum at state level only male wrestlers to be included

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Wrestlers not willing to participate Wrestlers not yet cleared to return to play Wrestlers suffering from any injury baring them from practice for more than 28 days Wrestlers who is having difficult time to follow test instructions Wrestlers that can perform saltos
