Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subject diagnosed as urethral stricture will be selected. In uroflowmetry, Qmax 3- 14 ml/s will be included. ICD guidelines for urethral stricture 2025 ICD-11-CM Diagnosis Code GC03 and will be considered. ICD 11 TM code for mutrotsanga SM88 will be considered.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient having other systemic pathologies like renal failure,uncontrolled diabetes mellitus(Hba1c more than 7) and uncontrolled hypertension (BP more than 140/90). Patients diagnosed with acute urinary tract infection( Dysuria, Frequency, Urgency, hematuria ) grade 3 benign prostatic hyperplasia, or acute/chronic prostatitis confirmed by clinical laboratory assessment. Patient diagnosed with neoplasm of the urinary ,HIV,HCV, VDRL and HBsAg positive patients
