Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients fulfilling diagnostic criteria Patients will be selected in the age group of 15 to 40years Either married or unmarried women Patient with Hb greater than 8gram percent Patient having excessive bleeding/prolonged bleeding(more than 7days)/intermenstrual bleeding with the history of minimum of 2 cycles
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patient with history of bleeding disorders, severe anaemia(Hb less than 8gram percent), DM, hypertension any other systemic disorders Endocrine disorders like thyroid dysfuntion, PCOS Post abortal bleeding Pregnant and lactating females Any pelvic pathology like endometriosis, fibroids, tumors, benign and Malignant growth in uterus Patients with IUCD and Patients taking OCP
