Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Undergraduate and Postgraduate college students aged between 18 to 25 years Students with access to smartphones, laptops or tablets for atleast 2 hours daily. Data from dominant hand. Individuals willing to provide informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Students diagnosed with neurological disorders or visual impairments affecting cognitive assessment. Participants currently on medications influencing cognition, such as sedatives or stimulants. Individuals with a history of significant injuries preventing physical activity assessments.
