Intervention1: Individualised homoeopathic medicine using jahrs repertory: Medicines will be prescribed based on the selected similimum from the assigned repertory with each dose consisting of 4 pills

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: diagnosed with Tinea Versicolor according to ICD 11 criteria and KOH mount test Adults aged 20-65 years diagnosed with tinea versicolor No internal or topical antifungal treatment for at least four weeks prior to enrolment Willingness to provide informed consent and adhere to study protocols.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant or breastfeeding women Significant comorbidities affecting skin health Patients with severe life threatening systemic illness and those who demands acute emergency interventions.
