Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Confirmed thoracic OLF with Dural ossification 2. Dense adhesion between OLF and dura 3. Patients consenting to surgical intervention and inclusion in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Thoracic OLF without Dural ossification 2. Tandem stenosis in cervical and lumbar level 3. Previous thoracic spine surgery at the affected level 4. Uncontrolled medical comorbidities 5. Coagulopathy

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Neurological recovery (mJOA & Nurick grade) Timepoint: Patients will be followed up at regular intervals of 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, 18 months, and 24 months after enrollment (Baseline- Day 0)

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1. Introperative parameters amount of blood loss,levels of decompression,blood transfusion ,Introperative Neuromonitoring signal drop, introperative complications 2. Immediately post operative complic like neurological detoriation,postural headache,persistent clear drain, meningitis,death etc Timepoint: Patients will be followed up at regular intervals of 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, 18 months, and 24 months after enrollment (Baseline- Day 0)
