Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals with subjective complaint of cognitive decline, memory decline for last 6 months. Patients whose minimal education is 7th standard.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals having severe neuropsychological disorders like Schizophrenia, Mania, Parkinson s disease, Epilepsy etc. Individuals of uncontrolled Hypertension with systolic BP more than or equal to 130 mmHg or diastolic BP more than 80 mmHg in treated patients. Individuals with Chronic Alcoholic or history of any drug abuse. Use of Nootropic agents, Rasayana medications, or Vitamin supplements for memory, cognitive decline in the past 1 month.
