Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA I and II Patients

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients refusal 2) Patients with known allergy to local anaesthetics 3) Bleeding disorders 4) History of systemic diseases involving other systems 5) Cerebro-Orbital involvement of mucormycosis related endoscopic nasal surgeries

MeasureTime frame
Compare the total duration of analgesia with the two study drugs.Timepoint: NRS pain score immediately after extubation and thereafter at 1h, 2h, 4h, 6h, 8h, 10h, 12h, 16h, 20h, 24h, 30h, 36h, 42h, 48h postoperatively (including the time when the haemostatic pack was removed).—
