Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Academicians and non-academicians of the age group, 19-30 years, of both sexes, irrespective of socioeconomic status. 2. Patients suffering from Chronic tension-type headache according to ICHD, International Classification of Headache Disorders, third edition. 3. Both recently diagnosed and earlier diagnosed cases of volunteers who will withdraw without showing any reason. 4. Patients who will give consent and are willing to participate in the study. 5. Headache occurring on more than or equal to 15 days/ month on average for more than 3 months, fulfilling the criteria mentioned above. 6. Lasting hours to days, or unremitting. 7. At least two of the following three characteristics (bilateral location, pressing or tightening(non-pulsating) quality, mild or moderate intensity).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects suffering from other primary headaches like cluster headaches, headaches of pathological origin like brain tumors, weak eyesight, pituitary adenoma, etc. 2. Pregnant and lactating women. 3. Subjects of age below 19 and above 30 years. 4. Patients who are under immunosuppressive drugs, progressive disorders like MND, DMD, Genetic Mutation or any chronic illness. 5. Patients who are not willing to give consent for the research.
