Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. subjects diagnosed with TNS 2. smartphone must be used for at least more than or 3 hours in a day 3. VAS at least 4/10 4. CVA less than 50 degrees

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. cervical trauma 2. whiplash injury 3. disc prolapse 4. fracture 5. cervicogenic headache
