Inclusion criteria: Natural menopause (amenorrhea for 12 consecutive months) Willing to give written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Women with surgical menopause (e.g., hysterectomy or oophorectomy) Currently on hormone replacement therapy (HRT) Presence of severe psychiatric disorder or serious systemic illnesses
