Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with cervical-spondylosis grade 2 having neck pain more than 6 months Pain intensity: 3-7 (NPRS) Cognitive ability: Able to understand and provide informed consent Language: Fluent in the language used for data collection and intervention ( kannada and English )

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of previous cervical spine surgery Cognitive impairment Contraindications to Muscle Energy Techniques or Electrotherapy like pacemakers, implants Other condition involving cervical spine(carcinoma of cervical spine, rheumatoid arthritis, acute trauma) Patients undergoing pharmacological treatment for cervical spondylosis
