Misoprostol 800 mcg: Confirmed missed abortion is treated with tab mifepristone 200 mg followed by tab misoprostol 800 mcg pv after 24 hr

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Women with upt positive and diagnosed with missed abortion on ultrasound and has uterine size less than 12 weeks and age greater than 18 years
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Women with age <18 years,post cesarean section,hb <8 g/dl, ectopic pregnancy
