Intervention1: Indidualized Homoeopathic Medicine: The remedy will be administered following homoeopathic principles, specifically, with careful attention to dosage and repetition. Patient progress wi
dosage and repetition will be as per the direction given in organon of medicine. Placebo indistinguishable in appearance from homoeopathic medicine will be dispensed from dispensary, and physiotherapy

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients presenting with lateral epicondylitis accompanied by localized tenderness, confirmed through clinical diagnosis (cozen s test). 2. Adult age group. 3. Patients who are not on any active medication for latera epicondylitis will be considered for the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Suffering from mental or psychiatric disorders, or terminal illness. 2.Require surgical intervention or orthopaedic correction. 3.Currently using analgesic for pain management. 4.Unwilling to give consent or participate in the study. 5.Pregnant women or lactating women

MeasureTime frame
The study outcome of this research is to assessment of pain and quality of life with individualized homoeopathic medicine using a validated scale.Timepoint: each patient will get a follow up upto 3 months at interval of 4 weeks
