Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals aged 21-50, experiencing neck pain from 30-60 days due to prolonged computer use.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants will be excluded if they have a recent history of trauma, cervical surgery, neurological or systemic illnesses, or severe postural deformities. pregnant women, and those with psychiatric or cognitive issues will also be excluded.
