Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Eligibility criteria for cluster: A fully functional AAM-SC in the selected district will be included. Eligibility criteria for participants: All pregnant women enrolled for routine ANC check-up, and those who are within the catchment areas of the selected AAM-SCs.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: AAM-SC, where CHO is not in place will be excluded.

Effectiveness outcome measures: 1. Periodontal health status of pregnant women/ new mothers 2. Oral hygiene of pregnant women/ new mothers 3. Knowledge, attitude and practice (KAP) of pregnant women/ new mothers, ANMs, CHOs, ASHAs, and AWWs 4. Birth weight, gestational age, as well as adverse pregnancy outcomes such as stillbirth. 5. ECC of infants.Timepoint: At baseline and endline survey. 1. Pre-implementation (Baseline) estimated March to May 2026 time period, that is, 4th month 2. Post implementation (Endline) October 2028 to December 2028 time period, that is, 33rd month
