Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with any classical signs and symptoms of Darunaka (Daruna twaka, Keshrukshatva, Keshbhumikandu, Keshbhumidaaha, Keshbhumisweda, Keshchyuti). Patients of irrespective gender and socio-economic status. Patients between age group of 18-60 years. Known cases of Darunaka who are willing to participate to study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with clinically significant systematic disease eg.Immunological deficiency, AIDS, current malignancies, uncontrolled diabetes mellitus etc. Other scalp disorders like Psoriasis, Tinea capitis etc. Pregnant and lactating woman Patients receiving systemic drugs (e.g., corticosteroids, antibiotics, immunosuppressants) or scalp-applied treatments (e.g., ketoconazole, anti-dandruff shampoos) within 7 days prior to study inclusion were excluded
