Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: patients diagnosed with Haemorrhoids based on symptoms of ICD 11 classification-grade 1 and grade 2
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with other rectal diseases such as fistula fissures abscess prolapse etc patients with history of severe life threatening medical complications pregnant and lacatating women
