Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adults more than 40 years of age Diagnosed with Arthitis for more than 3 months Willingness to participate with informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Should not be on Oral corticosteriod tropical and intramuscuoar corticosteriods respectively
