Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Apparently healthy individuals of age group 25-45 years irrespective of gender. Individuals not taking Agnideepak and vatanulomak medication from past 8-10 Days of assessment. Participants who are willing to give informed consent. Individuals not doing any kind of exercise from past 8-10 days. Individuals not doing any kind of fasting.
