Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Diagnosed with urinary incontinence as per: ICS and NICE guideline 2019 i Patient suffering from involuntary leakage of urination more persisting morethan or equal to 3 months ii ICIU-UI-SF score morethan or equal 6 iii 3 days bladder dairy confirming leakage episodes 2Female patients aged 40 to 60 years 3 Patient willing to give written consent 4Not taking any remedies currently known to cause or worsen incontinence e g diuretics 5 Patient suffering from chronic UTI

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patients having some specific known neurological conditions such as known multiple sclerosis Perkinsons disease Alzheimers disease Diabetic Neuropathy, Transverse myelitis. 2 Any uncontrolled systemic or psychiatric diseases or life-threatening illness eg cancer diabetes 3 History of recent pelvic surgery including hysterectomy 4 Participants with uterine prolapsed grade 3 or 4 vesicovaginal fistula 5 Pregnant and lactating mother

To evaluate the role of individualized homoeopathic medicines in urinary incontinence in middle aged females using ICIQ UI Short form score.Timepoint: After 3 months of intervention.—

1.To assess the improvement in quality of life using Measure Yourself medical outcome profile 2 (MYMOP2) questionnaire in middle aged females with urinary incontinence. 2.To determine the most frequently indicated homeopathic medicine and their indication in treatment of Urinary incontinence in middle aged females. Timepoint: After 3 months of intervention.—
