Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adults (18 80 years) scheduled for single level MIS-TLIF 2. Preoperative lumbar MRI within 6 months of surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Prior lumbar fusion at the same surgical level 2. Inflammatory disease, tumor, or infection 3. Neuromuscular disease, severe cognitive impairment

1.Demographics, comorbidities, baseline ODI, MRI sarcopenia, VAS (back pain) score 2.Surgical details, complications, length of stay, time to 1st mobilization 3. ODI, MCID status, VAS score (back pain) Timepoint: Pre Operative visit, Post Operative visit and Six month follow up visit is required.
