Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: i.Subject should have at least 20 natural permanent teeth. ii.Patient with stage II grade B Periodontitis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: i.Smokers and tobacco chewers. ii.Patients on antibiotics one month prior to treatment. iii.Patients using orthodontic or prosthodontic appliances either fixed or removable. iv.Patients who have used mouth rinses containing chemical agents in the previous two months. v.History of any surgical procedure in the selected area in the past two months. vi.Patients with systemic diseases, pregnancy, or lactating woman. vii.Patients with previously reported allergy to drug.
