Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Those who have given written informed consent. Regular menstrual cycle(21-35days). Not currently on hormonal medications(oral contraceptives,hormonal therapy) No known endocrine disorders(PCOS,Thyroid disorder). No psychiatric or chronic medical illnesses.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Irregular menstrual cycles. Current use of hormonal contraceptives or psychiattric medications. Pregnancy or lactation. History of gynecological or neurological disorder.
