| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| 1.Demographic data â?? which includes age, sex, diagnosis and tumor characteristics of all patients. 2.Operative parameters â?? which includes operative time, blood loss, and hospital stay duration - recorded systematically. 3.Functional outcomes - which were assessed using the Modified McCormick Scale (MMS) and Visual Analog Scale (VAS) for pain evaluation. 4.Postoperative complications such as cerebrospinal fluid leaks, infections, hematoma, and spinal adhesions were documented. 5.Spinal deformity - evaluated by comparing preoperative and postoperative Cobb angles on radiographs and computed tomography scans.
