Inclusion criteria: Active basketball players, Playing basketball for more than 2 years, Not involved in any formal dynamic neuromuscular stabilization program

Exclusion criteria: Not willing to participate in giving parameters Participated in formal dynamic neuromuscular stabilization program Over or under age
