Intervention1: Lower Limb Plyometric Training Program: A Structured lower-limb plyometric training program For Five Week , Frequency Two Sessions Per Week , Including Warm Up Foundational Plyometrics

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Female judo athletes actively participating in training. Age between 10 18 years. Athletes with minimum 1 year of judo training experience. Athletes who can safely participate in plyometric and judo activities.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Recent lower-limb or spinal injury affecting training participation. Any acute or chronic musculoskeletal condition limiting performance. History of surgery in the last 6 months. Athletes currently undergoing rehabilitation for any injury. Athletes unwilling to participate or unable to follow the study protocol.
