Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients of ASA physical status I-IV undergoing elective laparotomy surgeries requiring invasive monitoring

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients younger than 18 years of age Patients with significant cardiovascular disease with low ejection fraction Patients with respiratory disease or those undergoing laparoscopic procedures. Emergency surgeries. Patients refusal Inability to give consent to the study
