Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Nursing students aged 18 24 years. Those who are enrolled in a first year B.Sc.(N) and in selected nursing college of Belagavi district. 2.Students who are willing to participate in a mindfulness program and provide feedback.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Young adult boys and girls who are sick at the time of data collection. Young adults who have previously participated in a mindfulness program or have extensive experience with mindfulness practices.
