Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Individuals of both sexes aged 40 to 70 years 2 Patients presenting with acute or chronic pain conditions for Osteoarthritis Rheumatoid Arthritis 3 Knee Joint Pain accompanied by characteristic modalities or concomitant symptoms 4 Willingness to provide informed consent and comply with follow-up schedule

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patients receiving long-term allopathic analgesics or steroids 2 Patients with severe systemic or life-threatening illnesses (example cancer severe infections emergency surgical conditions) 3 Patient with Trauma Ligament tendon injuries or cartilage Injury 4 Known psychiatric illness interfering with pain perception/reporting 5 Cases where pain is of purely mechanical or structural cause (example fracture) 6 Patients who do not consent to homoeopathic treatment or fail to follow up regularly
