Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects clinically diagnosed to have Knee Osteoarthritis and willing to participate in the study. 2. Age group of 50 to 70 years. 3. Both male and Female subjects will be included in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Recent injury to the Knee. 2. Local Surgery 3. Skin lesions, inflamed or infected skin 4. Recent fractures 5. Heightened tendency toward bleeding/ clotting 6. Heightened risk of embolism 7. Heart pacemaker 8. Obesity 9. Metabolic disorders

It is anticipated that all the participants who will undergo magneto-mechanical vibrations (Matrixmobil) along with conventional physiotherapy and conventional physiotherapy alone will experience reduction in pain, improvement in knee ROM, reduction in postural sway, and improvement in functional mobility.Timepoint: Pre-test measurement at zero week Post-test measurement I (after 3 weeks)Post-test measurement II (after 6 weeks)
