Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Period of amenorrhea 35 to 60 days of ammenorrhoea with negative UPT Both married and unmarried women

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient with pregnancy and lactation Patient with known case of hypertension,DM,Thyroid disease Patient with severe anemia,malnutrition Patient with congenital anomaly of female genital tract Patient with malignancy of genital tract Patient with primary amenorrhea,surgical amenorrhea
