Intervention1: Extracorporeal shock wave therapy along with cryotherapy and LASER: group B will be administered with extracorporeal shock wave therapy along with cryotherapy and LASER for twice a week

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects with Normal BMI will be taken. 2. Cricketers who are playing cricket for minimum two years. 3. Patients who are cooperative and willing to participate. 4. Have positive signs in each of the following 3 categories (1) Painful arc of movement, (2) Neer or Hawkins-Kennedy impingement signs and (3) pain during resisted external rotation, abduction, or empty can test.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. An open wound or allergy contraindicating the application of an adhesive shoulder bandage. 2. Individuals who had a history of trauma or conditions like partial or full-thickness rotator cuff tears (positive lag signs), osteoarthritis, and adhesive capsulitis. 3. Progressive dermatological pathology, history of surgery, fracture or dislocation of shoulder. 4. Shoulder pain reproduced by cervical movements or cervical radiculopathy.
