Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Singleton pregnancy. Attending first-trimester screening between 8 14 weeks. Able and willing to provide informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Multiple pregnancies. Known major fetal anomalies. Women unable to understand the consent form language.

MeasureTime frame
screening performance of PAPP-A with placental growth factor (PlGF) combined screening performance of maternal factors, mean arterial pressure (MAP), uterine artery pulsatility index (UtA-PI), and biochemical markers (PAPP-A and PlGF). Timepoint: 10 months
