Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age: 18 to 40 years Healthy individuals with no known neurological or psychiatric disorders Willing to participate and provide informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals With Cognitive Impairments, Neurological Disorders, Or Severe Psychiatric Conditions Currently Practising Meditation, Yoga, Or Chanting Regularly Unable To Participate For 6 Weeks
