Inclusion criteria: Age 18 or above . Patient diagnosed with acute pancreatitis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient with haematological disorder. Patient with active infection. Patient on prior antibiotics. Patient on prior steroids . Patient on prior chemotherapy. Recent major surgery. PREGNANT FEMALE
