Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male cricketers aged between 18 to 25 years. 2. Cricketers with a playing experience of 3 to 7 years. 3. Cricketers who have been playing at least 4 days per week.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Any recent musculoskeletal injuries in the past 3 months. 2. Medical conditions affecting sprint or endurance performance.
