Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 18 to 65 years, of either gender, giving valid informed and written consent. Patients belonging to American Society of Anaesthesiology (ASA) grade I and II. Patients receiving rocuronium as the neuromuscular blocking agent during surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with known allergies to Sugammadex or neostigmine. Patients with neuromuscular disorders that may interfere with neuromuscular function assessment. Patients with severe hepatic or renal impairment. Patients who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
