Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients having tenderness on floor of frontal sinus,headache in frontal region,will be included for the present clinical trial Selection will be irrespective of Gender religion socio- economic class

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Known cases of uncontrolled Hypertension, Diabetic mellitus, heart diseases, Bronchial asthma and any major Systemic illness. known cases of Immunocompromised diseases Patients presenting with nasal DNS, Tumour of nose, Nasal Polyp, old fracture of nose, CA of nose. Patients having Pitta Prakruti. Patients having nasal congestion.
